I currently host my clients jcow site using the quickinstall on hostgater. I now need to transfer it from my personal development server to my reseller hosting account.

What steps do i need to follow to do so?

Still no straight forward answer to this.

Starting to get very disgruntled with the lack of support for free users. Which doesnt make any sense.

Support your free users - free users become paying users.

Simple business sense.

if you are using cPanel...

1) Download a MySQL Database Backup
2) upload to new server
3) create username for database (same username and passward as the previous one)
4) merge with database on new server with all permission
5) Download a Home Directory Backup
6) upload it to new server

done...
